Position Description:
JTEC Consulting is hiring a Junior CyberArk Adminstrator with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions experience to join our growing team working in support of an Army Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. This is a highly collaborative team environment ensuring sound practices for access control and detecting vulnerabilities as part of modernizing the program's cybersecurity framework. Qualified candidates should have prior experience designing, deploying, integrating, administering, and supporting daily operations for CyberArk PAM.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Work as part of a large globally distributed cross-functional and collaborative team supporting complex projects.
- Support designing, deploying, integrating, administering, and supporting daily operations for CyberArk privilege access system and password vault.
- Work closely with IT system administrators and application owners to support and enhance the existing Privilege Access Management (PAM) program.
- Support analysis of the current state of the PAM program technical environment.
- Recommend solutions for incremental improvements to the PAM program.
- Support PAM reporting and metrics.
- Work closely with the Identity Access Management (IAM) team, infrastructure teams, application owners, and product managers to help drive technical adoption across the organization.
- Work with third-parties and vendors to evaluate new products, features, and solutions.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met and follow industry best practices for IAM.
- Provide evidence for audit and compliance activities.
- Provide on-call support for IAM technologies.
- Maintain current with security technologies and trends for IAM.
- Support ongoing initiatives and relationship building to promote security awareness and PAM best practices.
- Work closely with project managers and team leads to meet program schedule and requirements.
- Provide on-site support, as requested.
Requirements include:
- U.S. citizenship
- Current Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with Studies in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
- Equivalent years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Current Security+ certification to meet DOD 8570 IAT Level II compliance (required to start work)
- 1+ years of experience in IAM with a focus on PAM and CyberArk technologies
- 1+ years of experience working with CyberArk Defender and CyberArk Sentry
- Experience with CyberArk Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Experience working with AWS and Azure
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience working with Windows, Linux, Unix
- Experience with X.509 certificates
- Experience with scripting
- Proven work practices and abilities to support tasks with minimal guidance
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to support multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team including government and contractor staff
- Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
- Availability to work on-site at Ft Belvoir or Kingstowne offices, as requested
Preferred qualifications:
- PowerShell scripting experience preferred
- Knowledge of federation/single sign on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) preferred
