Job Summary:
The BCBA reports to the Administrator and serves as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to school staff, assigned behavior interventionists, and students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent Behavior Intervention Design services, and review student progress and performance.
- Develop & modify Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and skills programs etc.
- Establish programs and goals for the Behavior Intervention Plans, monitor accuracy of implementation.
- Develop, train, and provide relevant program materials, data sheets, behavior support strategies for staff to start up a program and/or continue an on going programs as needed.
- Provide clinical consultation including behavior plans and programming to staff.
- Collaborate with the Administrator, teachers, school staff, and families in the development of behavior support strategies.
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress.
- Conduct behavioral trainings and professional development meetings as indicated.
- Work closely with teachers and behavior interventionists to ensure proper application of behavior intervention techniques through collection of fidelity and reliability data.
- Collaborate with the Administrator to problem solve student and staff concerns.
- Keep the Administrator apprised of all case related issues and outcomes.
- Support school team with IEP case management, develop IEP goals, attendance at IEP meetings to provide consultation and present progress on goals and data.
- Assist in developing and conducting performance evaluations for staff.
- Provide Supervision for RBT's, BCaBA's, and BCBA candidates.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Administrator.

Requirements
- Master’s degree and a BCBA license
- Excellent Clinical & Leadership skills.
- 5+ years clinical experience including direct service with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and a broad range of ages
- Individual client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings (i.e., home, school, community)
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies.
- 3+ years supervision experience.
- Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have a professional demeanor, be well-organized, and pay attention to detail.
- Demonstrate skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high SES areas.
- Maintains professional boundaries, professional composure, and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills to interact with behavior interventionists, students, family members, and school district staff.
- Cleared Tuberculosis Test, up-to-date as required by California Department of Education
- Cleared Live Scan fingerprint clearance as required by California Department of Education.
- Comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Maintain all applicable personal certifications, licenses, professional insurances, TB clearance up to date.
- Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, and sit/play on floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance from another adult.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
