Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 work hours per week
Pay Range: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
SUMMARY: This position is in Account Services Operations, which primarily consists of supporting the new account opening process (both paper and online), stock plan activation, and account maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review paper and electronic applications to determine good order
- Manually process applications as needed with speed and accuracy
- Quickly respond to related Operations and Customer Service inquiries
- Process all work daily to maintain excellent service levels
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years’ experience with data entry and documentation review
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with DocuSign
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team
