We’re seeking future team members for our Loan Administration Services team with roles located in Houston, TX in Hybrid positions.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways
- Manages multiple, diverse teams and provides leadership through other subordinate managers.
- Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy.
- Manages activities for multiple diverse teams.
- Responsible for resource allocation and ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Contributes to the development of functional strategy.
- Ensures work is integrated across teams and that the work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Contributes to the development of overall procedures and policies.
- Ensures they are executed as intended by subordinate teams.
- Manages multiple teams through subordinate managers.
- Responsible for the achievement of multiple teams objectives.
- Has financial and human resources responsibility for assigned teams.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
- Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
