As a Toyko & Beauty's Beauty Consultant, each day brings new experiences, but typical responsibilities often include:
· Greet guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
· Utilize observation skills to discern guest needs and adapt communication accordingly.
· Familiarize yourself with store tools to comprehend key metrics, sales objectives, inventory levels, and guest traffic patterns.
· Maintain product availability by ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, facilitating an effortless shopping experience.
· Stay updated on trends and brand guidelines, implementing visual standards and merchandising guides to create an appealing shopping environment.
· Utilize test sample to provide personalized recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
· Master knowledge of store offerings to address guest concerns and enhance their shopping experience.
· Balance task completion with guest interaction, prioritizing guest engagement.
· Execute product assortment changes and maintain a visually appealing sales area.
· Ensure accurate signage placement for designated categories and stay informed about promotional products.
· Implement planograms and sales plans for designated categories, conducting daily price changes.
· Efficiently fulfill backroom replenishment needs and guest requests.
· Maintain backroom organization standards, including backstock management.
· Emphasize guest engagement while balancing tasks.
· Express genuine gratitude to guests for choosing Toyko& Beauty and offer assistance for future visits.
· Uphold ethical conduct, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
· Prioritize safety and identify and address potential hazards.
