Job Description:
Heller Ford is looking for an organized and clerically proficient person to help our busy dealership handle daily tasks in our office. The position handles incoming receivables as well as other clerical work in a full time capacity.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Dealertrack (DMS) a plus, but not required
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and staff
- Great attention to detail while performing multiple tasks
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle many daily transactions, vehicle data entry and other daily tasks
- Handles incoming receivables with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a professional acumen
- Ability to do multiple office related tasks
- Assist our staff with paperwork as needed
- Assists Department Manager with various clerical duties as needed
- Experience in the automotive industry a plus, but not required
