Internships for undergraduate level students in human service and criminal justice related fields may also be available through this position!
WHAT'S OFFERED?
- $500 Sign-on Bonus
- $18.50/hour Starting Wage, $0.50 program differential for Level 6 program
- Part Time or Full Time, Evenings or Overnights
- Schedules: Days 7am-3pm*Nights 2pm-10pm * Overnights 10pm-8am & 4 weekend shifts per month required

WHAT’S EXPECTED?
- Plan and participate in all recreational and educational programming for residents
- Observe, report, and document information regarding resident behaviors and actions
- Support and contribute to effective communication among team members, program participants, families and other outside professionals
- Provide a healthy and appropriate model for residents to emulate
- Strong emotional intelligence and resiliency
- Compassion for individuals dealing with mental health concerns
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A current and valid Driver's License with minimal violations on record, preferred
- Must pass criminal background checks
- Experience with adolescents in residential/hospital setting preferred

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
