Senior Sales Engineer
Position Summary
Our Sales Engineers provide organizations with product and market expertise on how to operationalize NeuroID's digital behavior solutions.
Sales Engineers are client facing and work with our team of Sales Directors and Client Success teams as subject matter experts in our technology and solutions. This role supports both pre and post sales activities. As a key Revenue team member, you will engage with prospects and clients to understand their use case and objectives; as a result of your understanding, you will describe how to implement and operationalize NeuroID solutions to prospects and existing customers. This role will also support client trials and proof of concepts to ensure value is delivered.
Day-to-day we enhance our clients abilities to become more effective with using our solutions in production. We want to empower NeuroID's growth by advising our clients to utilize our solution to inform better identity decisions while staying ahead of evolving fraud trends.
Sales Engineers work with our product leaders to understand and communicate market needs and our capabilities so our products timely deliver on market needs.
Sales Engineers are confident and efficient communicators, ensuring our prospects and clients obtain the greatest ROI from utilizing our solutions.
What You Are Accountable For
- Provide pre/post-sales technical and product expertise to our Sales Directors and with our Client Success team for our existing customers

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos during the pre-sales process explaining products or services to prospective clients and partners

Translate trial analysis requirements to both internal and external stakeholders including being able to link the value proposition to the technical implementation recommendations

Partner with analytics team to execute trial value and progress deals

Utilize your in depth knowledge of financial fraud, particularly in new account onboarding and account take over, to work with prospective clients to understand their particular operational goals

With that insight, design and clearly communicate operational execution of our solutions, demonstrating that you have a clear grasp of business value as well as technical knowledge

Respond to the needs of the sales teams by helping them articulate value

Stay informed with key industry trends and market disruptors, through reading, workshops, webinars

Be an advocate of our capabilities within your professional network

Educate our product leaders on partner and market feedback

Develop a deep expertise in our services and capabilities, become a subject matter expert

What We Require
- 5 to 7 years previous success with relevant experience in technical pre-sales

3+ years experience in a high growth startup, technical environment

Solid understanding of fraud operations including fraud types throughout the account lifecycle, common fraud vendors and capabilities, KYC / AML procedures, ID Verification flows, etc.

Ability to build customized workflows by engaging with customers

Experience with SQL

Ability to understand validation workflows and talk to model details and ROI

Familiarity with javascript, web and/or native app environments, and APIs

Understanding the deployment life cycle

Must be responsive and dedicated to clients, both internal and external
