Fluid Motion, LLC- Manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs- is looking to expand its operations at its local facility in Arlington, Washington.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with engineering to create new electrical
- Work with outside vendors to spec and create new parts such as AC/DC panels and harnesses
- Create harness routs and production drawings
- Create installation drawings
- Provide technical expertise and transfer knowledge to the technicians building the product
- Help to build standards library and provide training to intended audience
- Support the build and integration of new products on the prototype and production ramp up
- Trouble shoot electrical/mechanical issues on work in process as needed by technicians
- Create redlines and documentation for changes. Including electrical/mechanical issues, hardware locations, general installation, ect.
- Take and pass NMMA standards test and become in house compliance specialist
- Must follow proper procedures in the safe handling of hazardous wastes, which may be generated during the manufacturing process
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- The preferred candidate will be NMMA Certified
- Strong attention to detail required, specific understanding of electrical design pertinent to assigned projects required.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time, work independently with minimal supervision and resolve conflict in a professional manner

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
