We are seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The Corporate Recruiter will be handling high-volume, full-cycle sourcing and recruiting across multiple business units including, but not limited to, our call center settlement department, client services department and our legal department.

Responsibilities:
· Scheduling and attending intake video calls with Hiring Managers when new hiring demand is created.
· Developing proactive recruiting plans and strategies with the manager related to campus recruiting, diversity recruiting and recruiting metrics analysis.
· Scheduling and attending weekly “check in” calls with Hiring Managers to address concerns, changes in needs and to present recruitment efforts and data.
· Posting internal and external job openings to the ATS, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Developing creative sourcing strategies by job classification to deliver a pipeline of qualified candidates.
· Reviewing and dispositioning candidates in ATS according to minimum and preferred qualifications.
· Conducting telephone interviews with candidates to introduce them to GRT Financial, our lines of business, and to evaluate and assess candidate fitment for roles.
· Coordinate and schedule video candidate interviews with supervisors and managers, often time with multiple rounds of interviews for specific roles.
· Extend verbal offers of employment and distribute such offer letters to candidates with instruction on acceptance.
· Launch new hire onboarding, including by not limited to, ordering and monitoring background checks, updating shared documents on progression in “real time” and notifying HR of internal changes in roles.
· Deliver results in a high-volume capacity with little supervision, and reliably prioritize multiple projects and candidates.
· Meet established criteria with respect to cost per hire and time to fill.
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
· 3+ Years of experience in Corporate Recruitment and/or Staffing in a high-volume space.
· 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
· 3+ years of sourcing experience.
· 3+ years of experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
· 3+ years of experience using an ATS.
· Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Outlook, MS Office Suite, Excel and SharePoint.
· Demonstratable knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Understands the importance of communicating clearly and often with management, coworkers, and candidates.
· Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize constantly evolving responsibilities.
· Team oriented personality with the eagerness to step in wherever needed.

Preferred qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in related field.
· Recruitment experience within call center environment and client services.
· Recruitment experience with the debt settlement and/or collections space.
· Recruitment experience in the legal space (Paralegals, Case Managers, QA Analysts, QA Specialists, Attorneys).
· 5+ Years of experience in Corporate Recruitment and/or Staffing in a high-volume space.
· 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
· 5+ years of sourcing experience.
· 5+ years of experience using an ATS.
· Insperity ATS experience.
