As a Project Manager (PM) or Sales Representative (SR) at Method Roofing & Solar LLC, your role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. To guide your performance and protect sensitive information, we have outlined the following expectations:
Sales Representative:
- Generate leads and new deals through door knocking, marketing, referrals, etc.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress and communicate with the homeowner.
- Effective communicate value and sell services to clients.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among teammates.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, codes, and company quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installation processes.
- Address quality issues promptly to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Optimize resource allocation for efficient project execution.
- Uphold a strong commitment to safety by enforcing compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Prioritize client satisfaction by delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
