Restore Physical Therapy is a small, community-centered Physical Therapy clinic in the heart of downtown Pacific Grove. We strive to provide a comfortable environment to allow our patients to heal, improve balance and safety, and practice functional skills to allow them to get back to participating in life to their fullest ability.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis at our evidence-based physical therapy clinic. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop customized treatment plans, including goal-setting and prognosis
- Implement evidence-based treatment interventions and therapeutic exercises tailored to patients' specific needs
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and preventive measures to improve their quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including front desk staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Participate in professional development workshops and continuing education courses to enhance clinical skills
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and patient care protocols
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records and proficient in documentation and reporting
- Experience with Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Sports Medicine, or Neurologic Physical Therapy
