**Duties:** - Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs - Develop leads and actively market insurance products - Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
**Skills:** - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Experience in insurance sales or related field preferred - Strong customer service skills - Background in retail sales or sales administration is beneficial - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively market insurance products - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Experience in outside sales is a plus
