HeartShare St. Vincent’s Services is currently seeking an Evidence-Based Model (EBM) Implementation Expert for our Residential and Housing Programs.
We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented, and innovative individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing evidence-based practices and interventions to improve program outcomes. The role requires a strong understanding of program expectations according to the various funders- state, city, and federal, research method, evidence-based models, data analysis, and the ability to translate research findings into practical applications. Candidate should be passionate about using evidence-based approaches to drive positive change and improve outcomes. The EBM Implementation Expert will report to the Vice President of Residential and Housing Programs.
Qualifications:

Licensed or master’s level in a relevant field such as public health, social sciences, psychology, education etc.

Experience in implementing evidence-based interventions and or an impactful initiative in a professional setting which left a track record of success.

Develop implementation plans and strategies based on evidence-based practices and interventions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify evidence-based practices and interventions that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct thorough research to identify best practices and interventions that have proven to work with the vulnerable population.

Monitor and evaluate the implementation of evidence-based practices in programs to ensure fidelity and effectiveness.

Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of evidence-based interventions on outcomes.

Communicate findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and other media.

Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

Perform other assigned duties as needed to enhance the growth and program compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Full-time-35 hrs. per week
- Experience required with leading workshops and trainings.
- Flexibility with traveling to the five boroughs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Computer Skills - excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases including Microsoft Access.

Operating Skills - flexibility in working on assignments, stays on task and meets deadlines, strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinker, and ability to stay organized.
- Experience and confidence with working with data, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
