We are looking to hire a passionate, forward-thinking, and energetic leader as our Manager of Human Resources. This role requires a highly effective HR leader, who is viewed as a strong communicator and influencer with the ability to communicate with staff on all levels. Building trust and keeping employees motivated and connected is a key tool to success within the organization.
This role is responsible for partnering with the executive and management teams to provide human resource guidance that supports the companies strategic goals. Key responsibilities include staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, training and development, policy and HR practice solutions, and ensuring the company culture is current, relevant, and reflects the organization's values.
