Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall physical well-being. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical condition
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implement various therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing pain and preventing further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Experience:
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist is a must
- Proficiency in orthopedic and geriatric treatments is expected
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy, and its application in pain management
- Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting, and other certifications are preferred but not required
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in patient care
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
