Job Description: The Community Liaison will play a crucial role in creating awareness about Petra Home Care, building strong alliances within the community, and driving referrals and client acquisition. This position requires a proactive and independent individual with a passion for senior care and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote Petra Home Care services within the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, including healthcare providers, senior centers, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other activities to raise awareness and generate referrals.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate potential clients and referral sources about Petra Home Care services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that support outreach efforts.
- Track and report on outreach activities and their impact on referrals and client acquisition.
Requirements:
- College degree in healthcare, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
