Position Overview: As our Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment and admissions process for prospective students. You will execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise to attract new families to our Primrose School. Utilizing our child-care management software, you will efficiently track and follow up with admissions leads, ensuring a seamless enrollment process. Conducting personalized tours and maintaining regular communication with prospective families will be essential to showcasing the unique offerings of our Primrose School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a strategic marketing plan to attract prospective families.
- Utilize child-care management software to track admissions leads and manage enrollment data.
- Coordinate and conduct personalized tours for prospective families, highlighting our curriculum and facilities.
- Implement a follow-up process to convert inquiries into enrollments, ensuring maximum enrollment capacity.
- Collaborate with the School Director to streamline admissions procedures and enhance the parent experience.
- Maintain accurate records of enrolled students.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in school admissions or a related field, with a strong understanding of the admissions process.
- Previous work experience in an educational environment, particularly within early childhood education or preschool settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Leadership abilities to effectively coordinate admissions efforts and collaborate with team members.

Pay: $16.85 - $26.50 per hour
