Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and cook food items according to company standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, kitchen, or culinary roles is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling POS systems (Aloha POS experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail for accurate order taking and food preparation
