Sales Support Coordinator

This individual should have a strong comfort level with software and technology, enjoy working with numbers (a background in finance would be helpful) and analyzing data. This Pre-Sales Support person would find a career in a complex industry to be exciting and fulfilling.
General Description:
This Sales Support role provides exceptional support to our Sales team as well as maintains a strong rapport with the Client Success, Sales and Administration. They will collaborate with the Sales team, the Director of Sales and the Director of Major Accounts, using the CRM and any other tools available to put together a prospect package for the Sales team. They will review sales package for submittal to processing team as well as utilize the CRM for accuracy and reports.

Responsibilities:
Prepares opportunity packages for Sales team
Creates proposals for Sales team
Obtain pre-approvals for Sales if needed, legal documents or any other documentation necessary to approve a sale
Submits lease applications
Sends DocuSign agreements
Reviews sales package prior to submitting for processing
Assist the Sales team with historical information of current clients
Assist Sales with completion of paperwork for sales processing
Prepare quotes and sales package for presentation to the client
Work with Director of Sales, Director of Major Accounts and Sales staff on paperwork training
Review all legal and financial needs for each sale to be completed
Provide clients with legal documents and information as requested
Liaison between Sales and Leasing partner
Provide monthly sales reports as indicated for reconciliations and data management
Assist in admin tasks for Administration, Client Success and Sales team processes as needed
Communication & Training Requirements:
Close collaboration with Director of Sales & Admin to maintain a strategic team approach
Close collaboration with Director of Major Accounts in preparing sales packages for Major accounts
Open communications with the Sales team regarding any client issues
Respond to communication via email and phone call preferably within office hours or by morning after if later in the day, logging all communications in CRM
Continue to update job knowledge by participating in professional development training opportunities
Continue to grow and stay on top of updates to the software and tools utilized, to increase knowledge and efficiencies
Participate in team training opportunities as assigned
