OVERVIEW:
Act as a liaison between Store Operations, Omnichannel, eComm, IT, and CSC partners, representing store operations in system, process, test, and initiative development. Develop and refine strategies, KPIs, processes, and standards to enhance omni-athlete facing operational functions. Continuously assess and optimize store processes and execution, define business requirements, and explore new technologies positively impacting the organization. Represent operations and serve as the subject matter expert for store operations as assigned, ensuring business requirements in all initiatives are met. Oversee day to day functions including but not limited to the development and testing of new systems, implement operational changes, field support and managing vendor relationships.
Development of store technology and reporting initiatives, and operational strategies to improve store productivity and athlete service.
Coordinates, oversees, monitors and delivers against key initiatives, including legal compliance matters, and execution of the companies Omnichannel programs, process enhancements, system rollouts, and related evergreen and seasonal programs.
Represent Store Operations on Omnichannel projects with strong focus on technology based solutions
Oversee creation and implementation of training materials to support new store technology and processes.
Oversee creation and implementation of training materials to support new store technology and processes.
Partner with CSC Stakeholders and store leaders to design, assist and organize user acceptance testing of new store technology, programs and resources.
Act as primary contact in Store operations for production issues on store technology and other store solutions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 Years Experience
Requires leadership abilities, creativity, and attention to detail
Sound judgement to create & implement new store technology initiatives
Leverage field feedback and insights in decisioning
