Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) franchise dedicated to teaching valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing their overall quality of life. Our model combines the most effective methods of ABA science with a fun and safe environment for the clients, as well as training their caregivers.
SOS is growing and opening its first ABA center in Atlanta: SOS–Northlake. Our location has easy access to 285 and 85N, and boasts plenty of space for work and play.

Your Role:
As an experienced BCBA, you will:
- Be responsible for training your team of Behavior Technicians and directly supervising them with clients.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.
- Have a caseload in accordance to your availability.
- Quarterly, you will analyze the progress of clients and lead in-service trainings based on your staff’s opportunity areas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center
- Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.)
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
- Safety Management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Maintains BACB Certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field from an accredited university
- Maintains NPI number
- Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
- Maintains updated CAQH account
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
Expectations:
- Work In Center at our SOS-Northlake location, coordinate hours with Clinical Director (our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm)
- Provide high-quality care to our clients
- Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
- Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws
- Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
- Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
Benefits:
- Rate $45 - $60 per hour, depending on experience
- 1099 contractor
- Company paid Professional Liability Insurance
