As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and support the overall operations of our practice. **Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with medical records, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other administrative and animal care tasks as required.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in animal care or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Certification in veterinary reception or a related field is an asset.
