Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects for software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Coordinate and deliver components of engagements to create business solutions for large companies. Work with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile methodologies to manage software development and implementation services of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing and Finance applications;
- Utilizing Design workshop, Business Analysis, As-Is and To-Be Process Mapping, User Stories, Prototyping, and Solution Design to gather and configure Oracle system requirements into functional design;
- Participating in day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers;
- Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira and ServiceNow;
- Coordinating full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables, including Requirements Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Issue Management, and Service Level Management by leveraging ITIL framework, and building custom applications, using Oracle Fusion Cloud Development tools;
- Conducting training sessions to facilitate Oracle systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;
- Working on business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of Oracle software solutions; and
- Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains, using Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Finance modules, including Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, and Oracle General Ledger.
