Position: Sr. Learning and Change Management Specialist

Job Summary
The Senior Learning and Change Management Specialist will play a key role in providing change and training support aligned to Stewarts Employee Value Proposition for global initiatives and projects, largely focused on one critical enterprise project impacting our learning and operations functions. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies, developing communication content and training materials that maximize employee adoption and usage. This role will partner with business stakeholders, the Learning and Development team, and external partners to drive program goals.
Job ResponsibilitiesSupport learning and change management at the enterprise levelPartner with key HR and Business stakeholders to develop and implement change management and learning plansEnsure consistency of change management and training approach, implement standard operating processes and drive continuous improvementPartner with HR and Business leadership resources to consult with and coach project teamsPerforms specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinkingInterprets internal/external business environmentImpacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectivesCommunicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work productsMay lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirementsIndividual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situationsPerforms all other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field5+ years of experience in an HR-related function that includes Change Management, Learning Design and Development and/or Talent Management\Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsExperience with large-scale organizational change effortsChange management and or project management certification is preferred but not required

Pay: $45.00 per hour
