We focus on providing white glove building service staff to a variety of clients located throughout the NYC area. These are on-call/temporary opportunities that can range in duration and have potential to transition into full-time roles.
Pay: $19 - $22/hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct residents and guests from lobby to their required location(s)
- Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests/deliveries
- Receive/process incoming and outgoing deliveries (i.e. laundry, mail, packages)
- Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions/instructions for the building and grounds
- Maintain accurate logbooks for visitors and contractors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of cleaning experience
- Flexible/open availability highly preferred
- MUST HAVE UNIFORM (All black suit, white button-down shirt, black tie, black belt, black socks and black dress shoes)
- ABILITY TO STAND FOR 8 HOUR SHIFT
- MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
