- Possesses 2+ yrs. Sales Management Experience
- Possesses Natural Leadership and People Skills
- Follows, trains, and champions a script with ease
- Has excellent time management and organization skills
- Is constantly training, riding along with team members and helping the Sales team close deals
- Understands, interprets, and communicates Sales metrics with ease
- Inspects what he or she expects
- WOWs customers
- Promotes the company online
- Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
- Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!

Requirements:
- High school graduate; some college preferred
- Must pass background and drug test
- Excellent driving record and a Texas license
- At least 1 yr. of Sales Team Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,997.18 - $90,000.00 per year
