Overview
We are an industrial company in search of an experienced and strategic Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills with expertise in organizational development to spearhead the maintenance operations of our industrial site and align them with the company's overarching objectives. This role is pivotal in driving strategic planning, organizational growth, resource optimization, process enhancement, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan, including preventive and predictive schedules.
- Manage maintenance budget for cost-effective practices.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production disruption.
- Liaise with external contractors for specialized services.
- Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of contracted work.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for maintenance, facility, and equipment issues.
- Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery and infrastructure.
- Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports.
- Coordinate maintenance information with other supervisors.
- Ensure safe equipment operation and completion of work orders.
- Foster a positive team culture through communication and collaboration.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Establish performance objectives and training needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct safety meetings, audits, and participate in safety programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the production floor.
- Train employees on quality control and 5S principles.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments for continuous improvement.
- Address deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Flexibility to work off shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Perform additional tasks as required by plant management.
- Collaborate with managers to achieve company goals.
- Maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years of manufacturing/maintenance supervision or Associate's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance supervision in a factory setting.
- Expertise in machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a specific focus on team and organizational development.

- Proficiency in safety and quality regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
