As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Growth and Client Support Specialist to join our team.
As a Growth and Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for key aspects that support growth operations while building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position will serve as a key member in supporting enterprise responsibilities as well as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding the cross functional responsibilities, anticipating needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure those needs are met. The goal of this role will be to ensure key deliverables in supporting the enterprise and managing day-to-day client inquiries and ensure the inquiries / issues are handled in a timely fashion by the appropriate team. (i.e. billing issues handled by finance) while maximizing client satisfaction.
This is a REMOTE position.
Key duties:

Enterprise Contract oversight/ review/ approval/ red line review/ DocuSign management

Oversee the consistency in the contracting process

HubSpot Enterprise management/ training/ Enterprise pipeline reporting/ price and product updates/ workflow creation/ data migration

High level functionality with HubSpot and reporting

Instrumental in centralizing RFP review and approval for special pricing

Support Accounting with commission verification/ review and approval/ corrections

Additional Enterprise reporting/ joint department meeting coordination/ notes and follow up/ Vendor meeting coordination/ notes and follow up

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met.

Proactively collaborate with internal teams, including Implementation, Technology, Member Support, Sales and Account Management to ensure all client needs are managed to closure.

Review and triage daily client / TPA / Broker inquiries / issues, provide inquires / issues to appropriate teams, ensure issues are resolved and respond back to client with resolution. (i.e. billing issues handled by finance).

Create member issue tickets in HubSpot for the Member Support/ IT team to resolve, once issue is resolved Account Executive will respond to client.

Works with Account Management and Implementation to proactively manage Sponsor Portal for consistency and data integrity

Deliver outbound client communications once approved by the account manager and marketing teams.

Track and report on client metrics and progress against targets, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required.

Three (3) - Five (5) years of account management, client support, or closely related experience in a healthcare environment.

Previous experience in supporting account management, clients, operations and or sales teams.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Client centric orientation with the ability to proactively manage client needs.

Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and at times, collaborate in a team environment.

Knowledge of and ability to assist in coordinating the contracting process as needed

Established track record and ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
