Clinical Program Coordinator - Randolph, MA

Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D., PsyD, EdD) from an accredited college or university and certification as a Health Service Provider (HSP) by the Board of Registration of Psychology in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, North Carolina Psychology Board or Florida Board of Psychology
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW or LCSW) Master's degree or higher in social work from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) Master's degree in the mental health field (including, but not restricted to, counseling, family therapy, psychology, etc.) from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Master's degree in the mental health field (including, but not restricted to, counseling, family therapy, psychology, etc.) from an accredited college or university
- Must be Culturally and Linguistically competent, bilingual a plus; Haitian Creole, Portuguese Creole, Spanish, Cantonese, or Vietnamese.
Experience:
- Must have a minimum master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health or related degree (including, but not restricted)
- Minimum 1+ years of recent, previous administrative support experience and two years of experience working with children, youth and families in residential and community-based settings.
- Working knowledge of service delivery and evidence-based practice, assessment, treatment planning, outcome measurement, and related documentation requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and professional skills, and the ability to multi-task is also a must.
- A Candidate must be currently licensed or license eligible in the State of Massachusetts and must obtain this license within 60 days of hire.
