1. Performs data entry and analysis.
2. Reviews Trauma audit forms and medical records for information required for the Hospital’s Trauma Registry
3. Enters all required data into the Registry
4. Exports Registry data to NYS School of Public Health
5. Prepares ad hoc reports for performance improvement or research purposes
6. Participates in on-going educational activities and seeks experiences to maintain knowledge and skills appropriate to the job setting
7. Participates in orientation of new staff.
