Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless coordination of projects and activities. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, managing office operations, and performing various administrative tasks. We are a small real estate office in Baltimore City. We have parking in the rear of the building.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining project records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and typing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and perform various bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and secure.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.
Skills:
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.79 - $21.12 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
