· Chinese (Preferred)
· The RN shall coordinate, administer, and supervise the provision of all nursing and personal care services to program participants at ADHC.
· The RN shall conduct all nursing assessments, monitor health problems of center participants, and create nursing care plans.
· Conducts initial assessments and reassessments to determine skilled nursing needs and need for personal care and assistance in activities of daily living.
· Provided skilled supportive and restorative care.
· Acts as a liaison with participant’s physician.
· Provides health education and counseling to participants and their families, if indicated
· Responsible for the administration of medications and training in self- medication
· Daily charting for routine services may be done with a flow chart which can be checked off and initialed.
· Defines the responsibility of licensed nursing staff and program aides; also provides supervision where needed.
· Acts as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participates in all case conferences.
· Responsible for the health areas of orientation and in-service training for staff and volunteers; participates in monthly sessions.
· Provides evaluation to determine if emergency medical services outside of ADHC is required.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
