Wood Personnel is partnering with a Nashville architectural design and remodeling firm in search of a Client Account Manager to assist in daily project management and client engagement. The ideal candidate with have a sales and residential construction background and be comfortable working with upscale clientele.
Client Account Manager Compensation and Hours:
- Direct Hire
- $60k base salary plus commission
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Employer paid health insurance
Client Account Manager Skills and Requirements:
- Understanding of the method of production and quality expectations
- Ability to create ‘take-offs of rough and finish materials required for the job
- Ability to read and to understand construction plans
- Thorough knowledge of building materials used in renovation & construction and of carpentry related, technical terms used on the job site
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assess the situation, develop a clear plan of action from which to proceed, and bring resolution to the situation in a timely manner
- Ability to use your time effectively
- General ease in using computer software to manage your job
- Organizational skills such that you maintain an organized desk and filing systems, both for hard copy and computer files
- Ability to sell our work to Clients
- Attention to detail and follow through skills
Client Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimate and create work orders for all handyman jobs you attempt to sell
- Answer questions from the handyman production team
- Visit handyman projects that you sold when in production and afterwards as necessary to ensure quality control
- Seek out new, qualified subcontractors and suppliers who can help our team
- Update our database with new and revised client information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
