The Auditor, Maintenance Programs is part of the Technical Services department. In this role, the Auditor is responsible for performing quality assurance review and auditing changes to the maintenance program in Envoy’s time control system (AEMES).

Performs audits of the aircraft maintenance programs for accuracy and compliance of regulatory (MRB/MPD/AD, etc.) and non-regulatory items.

Provides quality assurance in the application of maintenance program changes in the Envoy time control system (AEMES)

Performs quality assurance reviews of maintenance program work cards to ensure that all specified changes have been made and that the document has been developed to adhere to the Company’s policy and procedure standards

Assists in performance measurements within the department

Performs daily configuration management functions
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects to meet competing deadlines from members of the team. The ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.

Minimum age: 18

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Previous aviation and maintenance programs experience

Possess the legal right to work in the United States

Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language

Must have highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)

Knowledge of the MSG-3 process and Maintenance Programs development and optimization preferred

Working knowledge of AEMES
