Job Title: Telephone Interviewer
Arbor Associates, Inc. is a growing, local firm specializing in consulting for the healthcare industry. For over 40 years, Arbor has served an extensive list of hospitals, surgery centers, home care agencies, hospices, medical offices, and other healthcare providers throughout the United States. The basis of our work is the data that is accurately gathered by our Telephone Interviewers through patient experience surveys.
* Conducting patient experience telephone surveys, reading survey scripts verbatim, accurately entering responses and verbatim comments
* No sales involved
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* Good phone presence, pleasant and personable while remaining objective
* Excellent computer keyboarding skills (accuracy and speed)
* Accurate and detail-oriented
* Proficient in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Strong work ethic and dependable
* Self-motivated and able to work efficiently on one’s own
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Reliable, uninterrupted internet connection
* Private area in the home, away from household traffic and noise
* Remote in your home
* Computer equipment and headset provided
* Full-time 35 - 40 hours per week
* Requires a minimum of 30% (10.5-12 hours) weekday evening and/or Saturday hours
* Benefits include paid vacation, sick, and holiday time, life insurance
* Starting rate: $14 per hour
* Premium rate: additional $1.50 per hour for Friday evenings and Saturdays
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) rate: additional $2.50 per hour
* Flexibility to create a permanent schedule to meet personal needs
