This position is to communicate with candidates applying for employment and onboarding, therefore being bilingual in Englis/Spanish is required.

Position Summary:
Will be responsible for the recruitment process and onboarding of newly hired staff for the Restaurants of Santa Fe Dining, Inc.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing IsolvedHire Job posting portal

Employment Reference checking on all applicants considered for employment by Director of Restaurant Operations and Kitchen Managers.

Assist Spanish speaking candidates to complete Employment Application.

Scheduling and conducting onboarding process of newly hired staff.

Reviewing Employee Handbook with newly hired staff.

Educating new employees on Human Resources Policies, internal procedures, and regulations.

Reviewing Health benefit packet with newly hired staff.

Working Conditions:

While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, reach with arms, and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions. The position also requires bending, twisting, and lifting to ten (10) pounds.
- Position may require evening /weekend hours or an adjusted schedule to meet deadlines.
Education & Experience
