The Senior Helpers Des Plaines office is seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team! As a rapid response caregiver, you will be expected to be available between the hours of 6AM-6PM to cover any open shifts. If there are no open shifts, you will be responsible for assisting the team in the main office. Qualifications:

Active CNA is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience providing care to seniors.
- Open availability Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:00pm and every other weekend.
- A valid driver's license and reliable and insured vehicle is required.
Responsibilities:

Support new caregivers that may need additional assistance or training.
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
- Fill in for any caregivers that call out during your required availability.
- Occasionally work out of the main office to support internal staff members.
