Operations Associate
Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to contribute to our company's success. Duties :
- Coordinate and oversee the operation of event contracts
- Ensure all vendor orders are organized and scheduled
- Create timelines and production schedules for each event, both internal and client facing
- Assist in managing contracts and budgeting for various projects
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and upsell as needed
- Support the sales team/designers in organizing operational paperwork
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in negotiating with vendors and suppliers, managing vendor quotes and budgets
- Assist in layouts/floorplans as needed
- Assisting the sales team in closing out files after events and presenting final costings to owner.
- Being on-site to assist in managing outside vendors, and internal staff on event deliveries, installs and some strikes as needed.
- Lead pre-production and post-production team meetings
- Working with the team to staff each event and warehouse productions as needed.
Skills:
- Prior experience in event rentals/decor, hospitality, or event management/production is preferred
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong ability to manage contracts, budgets, and timelines
- Knowledge of events management best practices
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
