Position Purpose: Ensure the timely and accurate processing and distribution of payroll information, in accordance with all State and Federal regulations. This position pays $28.00 - $30.00 based on related experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Bi-monthly payroll submittal on the 1st and 16th (adjusted as needed for weekends, holidays, etc)
- Process manual and voided checks using proper procedures as required.
- Administration of all garnishments, deductions and loans.
- Responsible for all functions of the Nova Time/payroll process.
- Distribute daily punch detail or exceptions reports to department heads.
- Prepare and distribute the labor report>
- Audit and monitor employee benefit accruals.
- Maintain files for each payroll processed and for other payroll reports in a neat and organized fashion.
- Distribute year-end and quarterly information such as W-2’s.
- Offer timely, accurate and friendly response to all agency and employee requests, and wage verifications.
- Attend all departmental meetings.
- Always practice legendary service
- Protect the assets of the property.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior when in contact with customers and co-workers.
- Follow policies and procedures in training manuals and employee handbook.

Qualifications

Must have experience in Payroll processing. Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- Excellent Accounting skills
- Able tp process restaurant tips.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Must understand Microsoft Windows to include: Word, Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Ability to give excellent customer service
