Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Schedule Plumbers in Outlook, and Send Plumbing Schedule Daily to Plumbers
- Go into Builder portals and pull all information needed to complete UG, AG and Finish information.
- Create Job Folders with information pulled off of builder portals and internal bid folders.
- Correspond with builders, and Sub- Contractors
- Pull Permits for Plumbing, Report payments to Office Manager.
- Monitor and add jobs via contractor schedules - add & adjust company schedule to match
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Efficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Work well with team mates
- Computer skills
- Preferred experience in Construction industry

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
