Job Summary:
ARCH is seeking a motivated, full-time Associate Project Manager to work out of our Lincolnshire, Illinois office. This position will support Project Managers and will represent the client throughout the duration of the project and keep their best interest at the forefront. This will require interactions with client personnel, architects, engineers, contractors and all other parties involved in the project. The candidate will contribute to working and thinking as a team to support marketing administration.
The ideal candidate must be assertive, organized, detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to motivate project team members and enhance and encourage communication flow throughout the project team (verbal and written). Individual must possess exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, have experience with the Microsoft Office suite and basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop is preferred.
Responsibilities
· Capital project management of nationwide projects
· Help manage project schedules, budgets and provide monthly reporting
· Aid in the selection of designers, contractors and other project vendors
· Participate in firm wide business and professional development
· Assist in managing and motivating project team members
· Bring together the appropriate parties to solve problems
· Possess strong quantitative, problem solving and time management skills
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Capacity to create development and/or construction schedules
· Ability to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
· Assist in creating marketing collateral, developing firm newsletters, and drafting news articles for inclusion in the form website
· Assist in conference related activities including booth coordination, networking and firm sponsored events
· Partake in industry networking functions and build firm network
Qualifications
- Degree preferred but overall qualifications and experience will be considered
- Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
- Experience in construction management and project management
- Possess strong organizational, technical and time management skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience u sing Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop or other similar image editing programs
- Experience in construction management software such as Bluebeam
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction site operations

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
