We’re searching for a Maintenance Technician to be responsible for the electrical/mechanical maintenance and repair of all plant tooling, mechanical, and electrical systems.
What You'll Do
- Exercise judgement when troubleshooting AC/DC motor controls, PLC’s, electrical drives, robotics, pumps, motors, cranes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Install, monitor, inspect, troubleshoot, and ensure reliability of all electrical, electronic control systems and components, process equipment, and AC/DC utilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repair or replacement of defective and damaged parts
- Participate in major failure incident investigations in area of responsibility
- Performs necessary maintenance tasks including repair or replacement of damaged parts, adjustments and calibration procedures, assemble, install, test and execute preventative maintenance tasks on various forms of manufacturing equipment
- Provides technical assistance to production personnel as needed
- Works with related diagnostic equipment including digital voltmeter, paper recorder, multi-volt meter, oscilloscope, and other electronic tools and equipment
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude
