Overall Responsibilities
- Must be in the office 7am to 5pm M-F and be available for after-hour calls.
- Mentor, develop, and grow team members, while keeping turnover to a minimum.
- Assist in ongoing development of operating plans for the sales and operations teams with a keen interest in implementing internal “best practice” operational processes and targeted business growth initiatives.
- Execute on timely basis strategies, tactics, and actions aimed at achieving company goals and objectives for revenue growth, profitability, as well as employee and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for instilling and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization by planning, leading, and facilitating consisting meetings and trainings.
- Lead certain financial responsibilities related to operational teams, payroll, inventory and more.
- Recruit, hire, promote, and terminate service and operations personnel.
- Provide and ensure adherence to all safety procedures.
- Manage, develop, and support top-line managers to reach their goals more efficiently and effectively.
- Drive KPIs and revenue goals to achieve company’s overall growth milestones.

Experience
- Must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive business experience in leadership positions.
- Proven experience in sales to consumers and developing and training sales employees is beneficial.
- Track record of recruiting, educating, and developing people resources at the level necessary to meet personnel needs of current and forecasted workloads and business initiatives.
- Experience in a blue collar-oriented consumer facing sales and service organization.
- Extensive experience in project and divisional management.
- Management background with strong process orientation.
- Knowledge of the San Antonio and Austin markets, a plus.
- Ability to lead a team to accomplish desired results through subordinated levels of management.
- Experience representing an organization and its culture to parties both inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to oversee project schedules, inventory, and job estimates.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, especially in providing instructions to employees.
- Able to identify business opportunities and define strategic business direction with the division.
- Proven skill in use of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and human resources planning.
- Develop and sustain an organizational structure which positions the company to deliver products and services in an efficient, productive, and profitable fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to see current trends, predict future impact of these trends on the business and potential solutions and opportunities related to these trends.
- Previous experience executing in an environment with both scheduled and unscheduled service demands from customers.
- Expertise in the CRM - Service Titan - is an advantage.
