The Operations Intern will work with Operations and Administrative staff to provide support for multiple functional groups across the organization. All interns will average less than 29.5 hours per week, and work a schedule during regular business hours, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Data Entry
· Front desk
· Answering phones and transferring calls
· Handling incoming/outgoing office mail
· Uploading documents to Fusion
· Creating and sending out new accounts, fee, closing firm and compliance letters
· Checking on supplies inventory
· Printing/filing trade blotters
· Additional projects as assigned in areas such as Marketing, Accounting, Cashiering, Trading
Skills:
· Ability to process data quickly and accurately.
· Strong communication skills, verbal and written
· The ability to work in a collaborative environment based on the needs of our advisors and their clients
· Ability prioritize and manage time effectively.
· Proven written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service.
· Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (entry level).
Requirements:
· Must be currently enrolled in a degree program in business, finance or a related field
· Back office operational experience preferred
· Proven written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service.
