Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and managing the daily operations of the armored car fleet.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the scheduling and dispatching of armored vehicles and crews.
- Conduct regular safety and security audits to ensure the highest level of protection for assets and personnel.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of team members to promote professional growth and development.
- Respond to and resolve operational issues, including vehicle breakdowns, route deviations, and security incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including vehicle maintenance, route logs, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce best practices for operational efficiency and security.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in armored car operations or a similar field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work under the direction of a manager and assist in daily operations.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management is beneficial.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Valid Concealed Pistol License or ability to obtain.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
