Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage the front desk calendar
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, faxing, and photocopying documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with various office tasks as needed
Experience:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Experience working in a legal receptionist role is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
