Responsibilities:

Utilize The Loren's culinary procedures as well as health department regulations and federal guidelines

Participate in efforts to maintain food cost

Check the freshness of foods and ingredients and ensure all recipes and portion-use records are followed

Be aware of all guest feedback scores and conspire for positive influence on rankings

Foster a climate of cooperation and teamwork between coworkers

Comply with and maintain The Loren Hotels Brand Standards within the Food and Beverage operation

Perform other duties as assigned

1 year of prep cook experience in a fast-paced, high-end, or hotel restaurant
