**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communication channels, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a strong communicator who is able to effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Utilize customer service skills to handle customer complaints and provide a positive customer experience.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer interactions and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Enter customer data into our database in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services, increasing sales and revenue.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure customer service goals are met.
- Organize and maintain facility
- Manage vendors as needed
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service goals.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data.

Pay: $16.43 - $18.29 per hour
