Role: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities: Handles customers (in person, on the phone, via web chats, internet leads) as a facilitator of the VW Step process, demonstrates specific units to customers and able to fill out the intake forms, works with the scheduling coordinator, and other responsibilities related to the store. Assist any customers looking for stone with available options and educating them on available options as well as preferred vendors. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN SATURDAY SCHEDULE ROTATION.
Customers:

Greets customers as they enter the store, can walk customers through sales process with customer in-take forms,

Handles both inbound and outbound phones for new sales, service follow-up, and any other phone traffic,
-
Handles Podium traffic and inbound web leads and gets to the appropriate person,
-
Records information and receives emails with information requests for the install team,
-
Weekly reviews “estimates” and “open sales orders” and follows up with the appropriate salesperson, scheduling coordinator, and/or manager,
-
Process customer deposits (over the phone) or in person. Uses credit card reader and QBE to enter transactions

Work with customers in hearth and stone sector of the business. Showing customers options available and making suggestions.

Any other duties as assigned
Service:
-
Coordinates with Spring Lake on jobs turned from estimates to sales orders. Organizes job folders: (WOP – Waiting on Product); (WOC – Waiting on Customer); Active Next 2 weeks; Active > 2 weeks

Review outstanding accounts receivable for those projects over 45 days and communicate to store manager,

Updates price tags for SKU’s, brochures and any other pricing related items,

Helps keep the showroom updated and ready to show mode,

Organizes mail, distributes, applies payment in QBE and connects with Spring Lake on related items,

Special projects and duties as assigned

Environment/Work Conditions: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion. This position will require candidate to go into the warehouse to assist customer from time to time and will primarily be in an office setting.
